Oh hell yes. I raced downhill for years before I moved to the flat wastes of Ontario.

Blue Mountain has pretty nice downhill trails. That being said if you are coming from the west coast then you would not be impressed.

Rooting for Graham Agassiz. My brother came up riding with him on Kamloops and is there to support him.

That’s the problem haha I grew up riding Mt. 7, Kicking Horse and Whistler. I just left my DH bike at my parents house when I moved. Now I mostly stick to dirt jumps and park.

Well that was unexpected, Kyle Norbraten just proposed to his girlfriend after his first run. She said yes, congrats to both of them!

You lucky bastard. I hope work one day takes me out to the west coast. Last year I went to Kicking Horse for some snowboarding. Actually booked everything for Fernie but when we got there it was raining. Spent a day in the worst skiing conditions I’ve ever been in and fortunately we were able to move our reservations to Kicking Horse and enjoyed amazing powder. Where in Ontario are you if you don’t mind me asking?

Yeah Fernie is famous for rain, sadly. And I’m in Toronto

Same. I’ve been hitting the DVP trails over the past few months but they’re quite short and I’m used to them now.
